  1. Cut the lemons and limes into quarters and place into the juicer.
  2. Take the juicer discard and add Maple Sugar. Squeeze the discard and sugar together. Let it sit for 5 minutes to pull out more flavor from the discard.
  3. Pour the discard and lemon/lime juice into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Use a strainer over a bowl and train out the syrup. Pour the syrup into a dispenser and place tin the refrigerator to set.
