Gluten Free Pot Sticker Dumplings

These gluten free pot sticker dumplings are crispy on the bottom and juicy inside, made without seed oils. A clean, easy takeout-style recipe.

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground meat of choice and all of the spices/ingredients.
  2. Lay out a dumpling wrapper and fill it with ¾ tsp - 1 tsp of filling in the center of the dumpling.
  3. Fold opposite sides together like an opened taco. Create a triangle on both sides with the center point of the bottom wrapper on both sides and seal the edges. Fold the top side of the edges in towards the center and squeeze the top of the dumpling wrapper into a crescent moon.
  4. Heat 2 TBSP of oil up in a pan with a lid over medium heat and place the dumplings into the hot pan. Be sure to move them around so they don’t stick.
  5. Cook/brown on all sides (they cook quickly). Then, pour ⅓ cup of water over the dumplings and immediately cover to trap the steam. Lower the heat.
  6. Let steam for 2-3 minutes and then take out of the pan. Serve wtih dumpling sauce.
