RV Camping in Anna Maria Island, Florida

Ususally, we book a house on the island, but in the past year or so the prices of renting houses on the island has gone up so much. The hosue we used to rent for $2000 for the week quoted us at $5000 for the week. That’s when we started looking into taking our RV instead, and I’m so glad we did. We stayed in AMI for under $1000 for the week and it would be under $2000 for the month.

Deciding Where to Stay

Two closest RV Resorts:
Buttonwood Inlet RV Resort
Holiday Cove RV Resort

These two RV Resorts are very close to one another so before we booked either of them, we decided to do a driveby. When we drove into Holiday Cove, it felt very crammed and tight. Driving through Buttonwood felt slightly more spacious and less overwhelming. We ended up choosing to stay at Buttonwood Inlet RV Resort (in the back parking lot near the pond) and absoltuley loved it.

We loved having the pond behind us and not feeling crammed at Buttonwood Inlet RV Resort!

All of the spots in the back parkinglot feel like this!

NOTE: If you are booking with Buttonwood Inlet, be sure to let them know that Jen from Farm Fresh Family sent you!!
